South Australian company to transform Salisbury Community Hub workspaces

South Australian company UCI will provide a range of fit-for-purpose, flexible furniture for use at the Salisbury Community Hub.

The company, which is based at North Plympton, sources all materials from South Australian suppliers and the high quality products are made from start to finish on site at its 10,000 square metre manufacturing facility.

UCI South Australia Business Development Manager Amity Bradbrook said the company was excited to help shape the space at the Hub with quality, locally-made products.

“We are extremely excited to be working with the City of Salisbury to assist in delivering the ground breaking Salisbury Community Hub,” Ms Braybrook said.

“This will become a fantastic collaborative environment for the community and as a South Australian manufacturer we also benefit from this economic revitalisation, assisting in keeping more South Australians employed and showcasing that state’s quality products.”

City of Salisbury Mayor Gillian Aldridge OAM welcomed the investment.

“We are excited to be working with leading workstation and furniture provider UCI, especially given the company’s passion and reputation for making quality products while maintaining a strong commitment to South Australia,” Mayor Aldridge said.

The Salisbury Community Hub will act as a catalyst for the future, providing future generations of community members with a multi-functional meeting point that offers a range of flexible spaces, meeting rooms, facilities and easily-accessible services.
