Showcasing the NT as a Foodie and Unique Events Destination

The Territory Government is continuing to invest in festivals and events across the Territory, recognising their importance to liveability, tourism, and local jobs.

Commencing to coincide with the start of the Easter in the Alice event, a special seven part series NT Out and About will air on Channel 9 and Imparja featuring the Territory’s unique events and foodie tourism highlights.

The series is part of the Territory Government’s Turbocharging Tourism activity and aims to increase intra-territory travel and encourage Territorians and their visiting friends and relatives to explore and try our great food and beautiful backyard and become advocates of the Territory’s wonderful food and travel experiences.

Filmed on location across the Territory’s key tourism destinations, the series is hosted by NT local and now national ABC radio presenter Shannon Byrne and encourages Territorians to book a holiday at home.
