Reopening community halls

Dubbo Regional Council (DRC) wishes to advise that following the latest relaxing of COVID-19 restrictions in New South Wales, Council’s community halls will reopen for community use from 22 June 2020.

Appropriate physical distancing will need to be adhered to, including the current restrictions of 1 person to every 4 square metres applying, hygiene and record keeping. Current Council guidelines around the use of halls will also apply and these are available on Council’s website.

Prior to use of a community hall, a suitable COVID safe plan will need to be submitted to Council.

A copy of the COVID Safe template can be found on Council’s website: https://www.dubbo.nsw.gov.au/Community-and-Groups/Community-Awards-and-Tours/community- halls
