Dubbo Regional Council (DRC) is undertaking its biennial survey of water and sewerage customers via an online and telephone survey. The survey will be undertaken by the Western Research Institute Ltd and is expected to take approximately five (5) minutes.
The survey is designed to gain valuable feedback to improve future services for all properties that access potable town water and are connected to town sewerage services.
The online survey will run from Friday 17 July 2020 until 31 July 2020. The phone survey will run from the 27 July 2020 until the 7 August 2020.
DRC’s Director of Infrastructure, Julian Geddes said the survey will assist Council in meeting the needs of residents and businesses across Dubbo and Wellington.
“There are significant changes in the way we will manage water in the future as a result of the worst drought on record and the delivery of smart water meters across the Local Government Area. With this in mind, it’s extremely important for Council to understand the community’s expectations in terms of our water and sewerage service delivery,” said Mr Geddes.
“To assist provide Council with valuable insights for our future planning, we encourage all DRC water and sewer customers to participate in the short survey.”
