Food Futures 2021 Program Announced

NT Farmers Association released the highly anticipated Northern Australia Food Futures 2021 Conference speaking program. Widely regarded as Australia’s leading conference on agricultural development in the North, the popular Food Futures Conference will feature over 40 speakers and eight panel sessions and will deliver insights into the future of agriculture in the north.

CEO of NT Farmers Association Mr Paul Burke said that the event was on track to be the biggest conference yet.

The Food Futures program features State, Territory and Commonwealth agricultural ministers, presentations by leading environmental researchers as well as workshops on emerging crops, said Mr Burke.

“The conference will cover nearly every aspect of northern agriculture, from federal policy, Indigenous agricultural perspectives, the impact of climate change to the future of cotton in the north. Mr Bruke said the event will assist attendees to take advantage of the environmental, economic and social forces that will shape the future of the north.
